Participate in free family-friendly activities like arts and crafts, video games, interactive spray paint murals, and friendly games such as corn hole and hopscotch. Then end your night of fun with an awesome free firework show!

When:            Wednesday, 7/31/24 

Load in:         1pm - 2:30pm

Event Time:   3pm - 9pm

Load out:       9pm - 10pm

Where: Outside along the south dock between Bar Sol & the Sable Hotel.

What does this opportunity include?

  • 1 - 10x10 space per vendor

  • 1 -6 x3’ ft table

  • 1 chair

  • 1 reduced fee parking voucher ($25/ per vehicle)

  • Access to electricity

  • The opportunity to sell your products at one of Chicago's premier tourist attractions. Navy Pier welcomes between 20,000 to 50,000 visitors daily and those numbers nearly double on the nights when fireworks are displayed. No other attraction in Chicago will allow you to display your items to that many potential buyers in a single day.

Creatives must bring:

  • 1 - 10x10 tent

  • 4 weighted sandbags (non-negotiable; vendors will not be allowed to pop up if their tent is not secured with weights.)

  • LED String lights

  • Extension cord


Cost:

  • $100 per vendor, per day.


Rules & Regulations

Unpackaged Food, CBD items and explicit items are prohibited.

All items must be made by the maker or sourced by artisans.

No items that are similar to the items already being sold by our current tenants.

No microphones, music or speakers are allowed.

Navy Pier reserves the right to ask any vendor to stop selling at any time should they be selling items that don't match the family friendly environment.
